26 years old, and I own one investment property. Bought it last month. It is a 4plex, and currently has negative cash flow as it has one vacancy that we are still trying to fill.
OK 21 years old…0 properties, looking to invest in 4-5 this year, and eventually work my way up to 70k a year in positive cash flow.
26, Own a home with equity but do not own an investment property yet. Plan to Wholesale atleast 2 and rehab/flip 1 by the end of the year. Next year I may look into renting and building some cash flow. Hopefully I will be out of my boring job by this timke next year.
Just bought my first two
headed to closing 2 more.
want 5 by the end of the year.
i also am very eager to get into some flips and rehabs to generate cash.

Anyone got a lot of success in rentals, like 20 a year or somethign? and whats everyones positive cashflow if you dont mind me asking?
Started 19 months ago. bought 11 for me two for my sister, rehabbed 2, sold 3, lease optioned one. still going strong.

Nope not yet, sorry to report.
I am 21 (as of two days ago), I started this way back in January. I have bought 2 houses and a lot sub2 this year, and wholesaled 4 houses. I still own one of house with a T/B in it. Haven’t actively invested for the last few weeks, as we are preparing to move (we are actually leaving in about 12 hours). Look to buy at least 2-3 more this year.

I’ve been doing this about 20 months. Bought 10 the first year and 25 so far this year including 4 that I wholesaled (all with no marketing except one small ad in the newspaper classifieds). Full time. Also a Carleton Sheets Student.

Hi. I’m 41. We bought our 1st and only home in 1993 and now have about $300k equity that I am afraid to touch for REI. (YET!) I have been interested in buying land for a few years, but it wasn’t until a month ago that I began to get determined. I learned everything I could about an area I personally wanted to buy raw land in for my own use. I bought my 1st parcel, 2 acres, 2 weeks ago. I posted a few naive and exuberant postings here; I felt like an excited little kid. Since then, I have been lurking here every day, reading everything I can get my eyeballs on. Yesterday, I “bird-dogged” a 20 acre parcel (for my 22 yr old son!) 3 miles from my own parcel. He wants to give me a nice finder’s fee. He plans on flipping it. I delight in research and love to buy and sell things for profit. I’m really looking forward to the future. I really appreciate everyone’s postings, and want to thank all you successful old timers and gurus for putting up with newbies like me, hehe.
