Almost 35, and about to close on my first property, 15 unit apartment.
26 Years old and looking to purchase third income property. I was a birddog for about 1 1/2 years and made money assigning contracts.
Been at it going on 3…4 years.
Not to mention, I procrastinated heavily for couple of

35 years old, 7 flips under my belt. I hear everybody say that they wish they would have started rei earlier. I sure as hell don’t. I WASN’T READY!! I was too busy screwing around, partying, drinking, being irresponsible!!! If I would have started when I was in my mid 20’s I would have lost my a$$. I believe we all start when we are ready and not a minute too soon. My two cents, keep the change. :beer

Anyway, 30. Rentals: two duplexes and a house, all purchased zero down with cash back at close. I’m an agent with a team, so my investors and I do rehabs, assignments, and new builds mostly. My agents handle rental purchases, relocations, etc. in addition.
Personally, I’d lke rehab apartment complexes within the next year and would like to pick up a small condo unit.
I feel old compared to you youngsters…44. Have held various rental props in the past. Started with two homes I purchased 2gather on l/c when I was 24. Moved into one and rented the other. Bought several more after that, gaining wisdom and skill. I now have turned to buying and rehabbing only. It’s more fun when you don’t have to deal with occupants and all the crap that comes with that. Current one was a foreclosure - bought for 76.5K - planning on selling for about $125K this Spring.
Still doing this on the side and working f/t. But i have a chance to go p/t at work and f/t as a rehabber soon and I think it’s time…in fact, I KNOW it’s time. :banghead

19 i have just wholesaled my first property and made 27,508.63. not to bad i am working on 9 at the present time. :biggrin
