Found this house for $450K. The house needs repair estimated at about $60K. Based on the copms the house may be worth $350K I would probably sell it for $300 or $310 after repairs for quick turn around. I did the numbers and for me to make a proft I would need to make an offer of about $165K. This is a $285K difference. Question, is this too little to offer? I cannot go higher than that. Shoudl i try to put an offor or move on?
I do pay real state commisisons to seel the house after repair.
