So I’m a new investor and I came up with the idea to get private lenders by using a Craig’s list campaign. Being a new I want to get contacts in place for when I start making offers on property. That way I don’t feel like I’m just hanging out there without a lifeline. My question is what category should I post in and how should I word the ad should I say up front that I’m new and have no deals under my belt. I do appreciate any advice I receive.
