I have about 100 LP just in my county in the last 2 months that have came on record. I was wondering if anyone had a good letter or anything good to send to them, to make them call back. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
try a yellow letter
Just start writing a letter letting them know you want to buy their home. When it comes to marketing you have to try, try, and try again. If you dont get any responses, try a different letter, re-word it, try different colors, or black and white, use your imagination.
Remember your #1 Goal from sending letters is to get the recipitent to call you…once you have them on the phone, its a whole different set of skills.
