I need to learn how to do wholesaling in Southern CA. Pasadena, Glendale area. I currently live in Southern Utah and need to figure out a way to get started and eventually move and live there. Any advice would be appreciated.

I suggest finding a very good mentor in your area and maybe buying a wholesale course (Preston Ely sells pretty good courses)
