Hello all thanks in advance for any advice given.
I have two commercial multi family properties that are right across the street from each other. These properties are both 5 unit properties. 2bd 1 bath and all have a basement. Both buildings are vacant and need a substantial amout of rehab (50,000) to get the properties up to par. My problem is that I would like advice about attracting private money investor to the deal along with , some ideas on how to structure the deal to create intrest. I am looking to hold these properties and know a hard money loan would not be fesable.
