adjustable rate mortgages

Hello everyone, I needed some advice and info on ARM’s. If I refi my property to get into a 5/1 COFI or COSI or any adjustable rate Mortg.
Can I refi back into another ARM before or at the end of the term, before the interest rate fluctuates instead of going to a fixed. Also how many times can you do this?
Thank you, youngone

yes you can refinance back into an arm if you wish. The only reason you would not be allowed is if your payment was to go up by a certain percentage. But if the loan makes sense when you go to refinance again you can do it as many times as you want as long as there is no prepayment penalty or if you are willing to pay the prepayment penalty.
