addendums?

The remarks below are in the MLS about a home. What does the “Call for addendums” mean? Thanks.

Remarks: Foreclosure, TLC needed. Lots of potential. Buyer must have pre-qual letter. Call for addendums

They are never anything to serious Property sold as is buyer to verify square footage and inspection to be at the cost of buyer. Once in awhile there will be off the wall stuff in there it is pretty much common sense BS…

“call for addendums”, usually means the seller, often a relocation company requires special addendums to the contract. these are not available to the buyer’s agent in their in office stockpile or software package of contracts, therefore the agent needs to contact listing agent to get them.

Addendums - means that the owner (most of the times
being the lender who forclosed on it) … wants to add clauses to the purchase contract, and these has to be accepted by buyer in order to complete the sale of the house to accepted. Very common in forclose properties.

mainly for the purpose to clear the seller for all liabilities.
