Is there a website available that will give me a list of absentee owners for properties?
Are you searching in a specific area? Are you looking for owners that don’t live in the homes or are you trying to find owners of vacant properties?
If you can answer a few of those questions we may be able to point you in the right direction.
If and when you get a franchise after you see the investment required you won’t
be so casual in your attitude. - You are not understanding Absentee Ownership
If you own the franchise and you don’t work there, do not manage the day to day
operation then that is absentee ownership - if you own more than one subway
then you have to make trips to all the stores you do own and act as General
Manager of all the units - -I think you should consider something other than
franchising or even going into business.

I think that you should consider reading the thread and understanding the question before replying…Your response has absolutely nothing to do with the question. :rolleyes

You just think that because you don’t have a franchise.

There are companies all over the web that will sell you a list of absentee owners, however, Ive found that they are very pricey ($250 - $500).
If you are targeting a specific county you may want to consider going down to the property appraisers dept in your city and simply asking for a list. Most counties in the US consider this public information and will give you a list for little to nothing…
You can use listsource .com or melissadata .com. I perfer listsource.
Melissa Data is a good source for a list of absentee owners. When you request your list tell them you want a list of absentee owners within a 15-25 mile radius where you live. You can also request specific zip codes. I believe they charge .60 cents a record.
