Can anyone refer me to a company that sells absentee owners list…also I’ve been told that I can get this information from a title co or the county tax office. Is this correct??? Thanks
An absentee owner list can be generated using Metroscan which most large title companies use and have available for free.
Go make a relationship with one and find out.
