I need a cool letter to market to absentee landlords in an effort to buy their rental SFR. Anyone have a good example of one?
Are you going to pay Fair Market Value or do you want to steal their property. It probably needs fix up to resell.
Why not write three up that you think will address the problems an absentee landlord faces. Then we can make suggestions. Your goal and stragy may not be the same as others so their letter may not work for you.
