Ok. I know I should know this from all of the reading I have done, but can someone explain to me what wholesaling is?

Think of a wholesaler as the middle man like at the grocery store. You do not buy milk and eggs from the dairy you go to the store. Actually the wholesaler buys the stuff from the farmer and sells it to the stores. You buy a house from the owner and resell it hopefully before you have to close the deal.
