:shocked I currently own a construction business and would like to get into investing full time. I’ve done several fix’r uppers and didn’t come out too bad, over the last 2-3 yrs. I’m currently held up in a lawsuit that’s been on going since Jan. for non-payment to my company on several projects. This seems to be a bad time to try and do something with real estate, but I seem to be called to duty. I’m doing lots of research on Lease Options and Subject to’s which looks like if the deals done right there’s not a lot of liability and that’s just what I need to go thru in my current situation. I would also like to work with someone else if I can’t make things happen for myself due to lack of education. “Any suggestions will help!” :huh
