Anybody know about A.D. Kessler? He has a program on how to make money in RE for about $350.00.
Is he on the up and up? Is this a good program?

Go to the website johntreed.com. It is a real estate publishing company that rates all of the so call real estate gurus. The good ,the bad, and the ugly. You can also do a search on google by just keying in A.D. KESSLER’S name. By doing this, you will get other hits on his background. Based on what I have found, beware of this guy. He is not getting rich off of real estate, but off of bogus cd’s and dvd’s. But you do the research.

Be aware goping in, though, that John Reed hates everyone’s stuff but his own…he only has good things to say about a few folks (like Bob Bruss - http://www.inman.com/bruss/ - who’s not selling anything much but writes a weekly column syndicated in a lot of newspapers nationwide)…
