Once a notice of sale has been filed and a homeowner does nothing to stop it, what is the average length of time before it actually gets foreclosed on?
If it is a depends answer what would be some situations that makes it depend?
Also I want to tell the homeowner (after I know if it is a good deal or not) that I want to have them sign an option to purchase contract.
How do I tell them this without letting them know I need to find a buyer first?
I have a buyers list but I want to go over it with them and see what they think first.
