I’ve dug through some of the previous post here pertaining to HUD’s 90 day seasoning rule for buyer’s who plan on using FHA loans to obtain a home. Does anyone have any recent news relating to this policy that they would like to share. Does it still exist? Any chance that it will be terminated?
Yes, 90day title seasoning with FHA is still the case and I HIGHLY doubt they’ll get rid of that anytime soon, seeing as how they’re tightening up many of their other rules and regs.
