How do I find a private investor or HML that can do 100K or less for completion of a rehab? If so please advise.

Do you already own the house, and are looking to use exsisting equity for repairs or is this a straight purchase and rehab. Please be a bit more descriptive.
This money will be used to help cover some costs involved in the rehab of the property and to finish it off. Max time on this is 3 months and willing to pay 5 points and 15% interest. I have a full resume of the house and comps ready.
