Check out our newest rehab project on this historic 1900 bungalow. We painstakingly restored the outside while gutting, reconfiguring and modernizing the interior. It started out as a 1400 s.f. 2/1 and ended up 1900 s.f. 3/2 with a study. We had multiple offers before the house was even done. It sold in 5 days after hitting MLS. This deal paid off huge, 45% R.O.I. The day we closed on it we bought the neighbors house for our next project:).

It was really gratifying to be able to do something on this level. We had to work our way up here, I used to do just cosmetic reno’s. This is my first flip where we actually added square footage although we’ve done alot of complete gut rehabs. I only do 2-3 houses per year so we are picky about which houses we get involved with. Doing most of the work myself drags out the process but it pays off huge when it sells. This house took 5 months to rehab. Cant wait to start on the house next door that we just bought.
