Someone who wants to apply has one of these (it’s for sea turtles). Any insurance issues for this?
checked it out with my agent, turns out it’s not an issue for me.
It doesn’t bother me, except that I do not acceept illegal pets or pets that are on the endangered species list. I think sea turtles might be on the endangered list.
The 40 gal tank I have no problem with as long as it is properly cared for.
