Are 3Bed 1 Bath SFR good properties to wholesale?

Any property is good to wholesale depending on price. I’d add a bath to the 3/1 and if not, check comps to see if it’s a good deal.

Well it’s looks like a good deal. It’ an REO. Bank wants 100K below what it’s currently worth.

How do you know what it is currently worth?

I’d still have to evaluate. Banks aren’t stupid and won’t price it $100k below asking unless there’s something you aren’t aware of. I’d calcuate ARV at 100k, then deduct repairs and factor in 20% or more profit. Depending on how long it will be on market (factoring holding costs), it may be a deal.
