HI guys, I am looking to purchase a property here in South Bend. The loan will be for about 350-375k. We are looking to put down 30-50k and our credit isnt great. 610-615.
We are alos able to put down collateral on a property with 50k in equity in our LLC.
Our income is 125k a year and we have an existing mortgage on our home here in Chicago of 440k.
We would like to know if there is a lender out there who could work with us on getting this done.
