what do you guys use and recomend? ive had people say pbnext, solaxis, Freedom voice… i just need something simple and inexpensive. i need 24/7 recorded messages (more than one -one for buying and one for selling- preferably) and call forwarding. what are your thoughts?
Why do you need this? What you need to do is answer youre telephone or hire a service to answer your telephone… mine is 125 a month plus 2 bucks a call.
The amount of money you have spent to attract sellers requires that you do so…
The reason gurus tell you to have a voice system is becasue they are trying to convince you that this profession is easy… Just put up a couple bandit signs and have a voice mail system…

I don’t like the voicemail/recorded message systems…I HATE LEAVING A MESSAGE, so I figure I ain’t the only one in that category.
You have to know that your chances of getting the deal are better if you or someone is answering the phone and taking information down, as opposed to “press 1 if you want to sell your house, press 2…”
Live answering services or hiring someone to answer a designated cell phone (or money line as Quarles calls it) is the only way to go in my opinion.
Recorded messages are mostly used in two step marketing. Like the guys said, few will leave a message. Although, you can always call back those who did not leave a message.

I have used two step marketing messages pre recorded hotlines etc. Do they work…YES Do you drop calls YES. Do I use the now…NO.
We answer all of our calls. If they call for a free report then we mail it out. But we have 2 phones. One for Buying and one for Selling.
If and when the market heats up again we may use them. But SELLING is belly to belly today.
