I have been rehabbing my retirement home, a nice stone house with 3 rental units on the property. But the going has been slow because of the work on current rental units.
I am definitely moving into the house. Is there any hope for refinancing it as a 203K FHA even though I own and rent out other property? It would be great to roll those rehab costs into a new low-interest loan.
