2018 Goal Thread!

Alright y’all- what’re your goals for 2018?

Do you have one big goal, quarterly goals, monthly, weekly, what?

I’m going for 4 rentals- aiming for 1 a quarter.

I want cashflow $300-500+ each, have at least 20% equity and preferably a combination of both.

I have the best luck marketing and buying directly from the owner and distressed properties. My favorite so far is to buy with private money, rehab, and refinance or cash out refinance.

My name is Destiny…my husband and I are new to the website…Our goal for this year s to finally put ourselves first when it comes to this dream we have. This year our goal is to thoroughly educate ourselves on how to properly flip houses from start to finish, squatters rights, etc. So that we can start a home-based real estate business and rebuild our childhood community by fixing up some of the old abandoned houses and commercial properties in hopes of bringing more businesses and money to our less fortunate communities.

They say if you write down your goals you are 68% more likely to achieve them. I am shooting to stop the day job by the end of the year and replace my income with proceeds for wholesaling by the end of the year. So here is to writing down my goals.

I’m new to the website. I’ve done a couple deals wholesaling but my goal this year is 12 deals and at least $100k. I want at least 5 leads per week. I was told once be very specific when writing your goals and read and recite them often. Good luck to everyone else who posted. Hope we all achieve these goals!

My goal in 2018 is $100k in gross income.

Ideally, that will all come from real estate. However, I am still making some money with my marketing business helping other investors.

Two months in, I’m off to a pretty good start and have wholesaled two deals and am heading towards closing on a third. I also have obtained my OH license and my KY license is being processed. So, I will be able to make a good chunk of income with my license as well.

This year is all about getting income. Next year, I will be looking to add to my personal RE portfolio.

Am new here but my goals are simply to scale up my marketing efforts and convert more leads.

I’ve built out a website, got some good content, working on SEO, building out a PPC campaign, beefing up my follow-up automations, and adding cold-calling to the daily mix… will be working on Social Media campaigns by the next quarter and adding a VA or two.

I figure this is where most of my time needs to be dedicated. Dealflow is the lifeblood of the business after all!

Am looking to average about 3-5 wholesale deals a month, 1-2 renovations, and a couple creative deals.
