I recently came across 2 short-sales in North Carolina buyer needs properties listed with a realtor I know they can be sold to an investor how do I earn off the transaction?

  1. Double close property. Allowing you to make the spread. (personally I don’t do this anymore)

  2. Buy out the note and resell the property.

  3. Send the property to another Investor and make a fee when it closes (Kinda last resort option you don’t make to much)

  4. See if you give it to a Realtor if they will pay you a fee.

  5. Do a loan mod and take over the property and hold for a Rental
