Has anyone heard of 1 on 1 Real Estate Investment Coaching?
If so, is this another mentorship program that leads to nowhere? Its $585, membership never expires and there are no additional fees, purchases, or participation costs of any kind.
Any information you can share is greatly appreciated.
Mentorship type coaching is hand and hand out in the field working with you.
You can find the same type of coaching on this forum and not have to pay $500 plus.
Join your local REI club as it will make a better investment
I recently joined $100.00 per year and the other seasoned investors are soooo helpful. Good advice from the prior poster.
There is definitely a lot of information in this forum to be learned. But I don’t think it’s the same as hand and hand out in the field mentorship. There is a lot of varying situation out in the field. I can ask for feedback about my specific issue in this forum and get an answer, no problem. But am I even asking the right questions as I am a newbie. As for a local REI club, yes they can help if you meet someone willing to take you on as a protoge. I hope I meet that person as I will be attending one for the first time next week.
Where did you join? Is this an actual mentorship where you work with a person face to face? Or an on-line program?
I joined in the county I live in. There are meetings at least once a month, they provide any form you could possibly think of, credit checks are dirt cheap,they provide us with the names of anyone who has ever gone to court for an eviction…not necessarily evicted but maybe just a slow pay. It is a wealth of info. They are hosting a welcome breakfast this week for the new enrollees and one of the older members is looking to retire soon so she is brining her whole portfolio to see if we may be interested.
I could not have spent this money any wiser. The members at the meeting and all the networking was great. Not to mention just being around people who are positive thinkers and problem solvers by nature was wonderful. If you do anything JOIN YOUR LOLCAL CHAPTER, I promise you wont regret it.

Hanatal, it sounds like you joined a REI club in your area. I was asking about a mentorship program where an experienced investor works with you on an actual deal, a hand on hand type approach. Anyway, I decided not to go this route as I can just learn from other seasoned investors. I am going to my first REI club meeting tonight. I hope it’s fruitful like you said. Thanks for the post anyway.
