I'm looking for some opinions regarding the best way to position my company.
I could go the "We buy houses" route or the "Avoid Foreclosure" route.
Here are some of the issues I wrestle with.
We buy houses (My style would be aggressive, volume based)- People facing foreclosure who want to keep their home won't call although I do have options for them as well (forebearance, leaseback, etc
Avoid Foreclosure (My style would be compassionate)- People in probate, divorce, etc may not call because they're not in foreclosure.
- May waste time with more people who are not motivated
