What type of seller is likely to do a Subject To?

Id say that people going through divorce, making payments on 2 8)

I know w/subject to’s, theres that concern that the lender will call on their ‘due on sale clause’. From what I understand, taking the sub2 property and putting it into a land trust will prevent this. Is this true? I believe so in Colorado at least.

dnvp874,

Glad to meet you.

Simply put the answer to your question is “No” it will not stop the DOS acceleration clause by putting the property in a trust.
