See if the county recorder for your county has a web site, if not go to the office to find notices of sales, divorce filings etc. Maybe try the courthouse for evictions from landlords, I don’t know which type of court though, sorry!
I think probates are though the recorders office too.
The tax assessors site also shows if a properties taxes are paid by a Trustee so that might help in finding people.
