I’m moving a fridge and 65" TV into my cave in Northern Idaho. Once I get it set up just the way I like it I’m gona get serious about finding my self a woman. She don’t have to be perfect in every way, as long as she’s not to hairy and can cook moose leg and can forage for berries and roots. And then once everything is done I can get back to answering Redstar’s endless mundane questions and dealing with his no action attitude.
Redstar lets keep this clean, it’s one thing to tease and give each other a hard time, it’s personal when you attack someone’s wife or children that have nothing to do with this forum and have said nothing about you!
You need to clean up your post and PM Rando and make an apology, we have a lot of fun here but for the most part we really do care about everyone’s success, and all we have ever wanted is for you to get motivated and start finding success!

Maybe Mr Redstar needs to get angry, and do a little self analogy and then get his make excuses attitude out the window.
Just a few years ago I posted a few mistakes I did on another site, several people told me I shud get out of Real Estate. They were the successful ones. I needed guidance, help. direction.
I now thank them for that, cuz it got me angry, and 100 times more motivated to succeed.

Hey Redstar, I am a small time wholesaler, still learning, but I’ve made $23,200 frikin dollars this month from 3 deals, and I got 2 more that shud close this month. What’s really crazy is I have 9 deals going in escrow that will pay out 90 Grand with 14K going to the bird dogs.
Now you going to continue to make excuses or you going to take action?
I found these deals using direct mail, bird dogs and bandit signs. And guess what, I photograph every check, cuz who in the hell wud believe it?

What happened to Redstar, I wanted to harass him with the news, I squeezed in one more deal last Thursday and it took my total for the month of June 2016 to $28,200 Friking dollars.
I’ve been averaging 5-7K a month, so this was really exciting.
But where is Redstar, so I can rub it in his face, maybe motivate him to get his butt in gear, stop all the common sense questions and just take some frikin :bobble action.

It might mean sitting still for a few hours a few nights each week and reading and re reading till it sinks into you bony cranial.
Or I cud find the deal, find the buyer, close escrow on it and give you half the money, But then, I wud have to spend your half also since you didn’t earn it.

I think I will spend a few thousand on a mass mailing campaign when I sell my car. And will follow through with the bird dogs when I hear from them.
