Trust me, there are others here that help one-another AND are “buying and selling real estate”. Apparently. you just had an epiphany at some point as to how to do real estate in that you don’t/can’t read…??

Keith, This is better than fishing!!! I keep putting bait on the hook and you keep biting. Come on you can do better than that. I’ve been buying and selling real estate for 20 years. I answered a question someone posted and described a method I have used to QUICKLY sell property. Buy the way Keith, every one of these properties was sold to another investors These CHUMPS as you call them have each made 5 figure profits on everyone of these homes. Some are actually repeat buyers. It’s a tool, you can use it, you can modify it. But it has worked EVERYTIME I have used it.

Just a good example of the “bigger fool” theory…

I have to disagree with you on this one. Florida preconstruction condo investing is classic “bigger fool theory” I think this is just basically wholesale flipping.
The people who purchase these houses got rehabable
investments that when finished increased in price because they were better properties than before the rehab. The method I described using eliminates most 1st time home buyers because of the speed required to close the deal. As a result I end up selling to contractors and investors who know the market, and are set up to do quick economical rehabs that are profitable because they know what their doing.
