When you insult one Moderator you insult all of the Moderators tasked with the job of monitoring this board.
If you are allowed to show disrespect to any one of us when you are advised that what you are doing is in violation of the rules then you are the one who that might as well pack your bags and find a site that will allow you to break their rules.

I could have sworn I admitted to having broken the rules ONE time; unintentionally mind you, however I was making a point. What I am “insulting” (not my choice of words) is the fact that one of the moderators is making a conscious effort to “pick on” (for lack of better words) my posts. I have yet to “advertise” anything, if you are going to say that answering questions about a particular service is advertising then go ahead, but truth is it is not advertising, it’s exactly what it sounds like, and that’s answering questions. Again, a thread started about NR is advertisement in itself, so there is nothing further that I can do to “advertise” it even if I wanted to. As far as talking about things unrelated to real estate; law, is very much so a part of real estate, especially if someone asks a quesiton about a legal situation surrounding a real estate transaction. Again, no advertising, simply answering a question.
I have no control over how you decide to take my statements in regard to Keith’s performance, however do not pass on your feelings to my intent. You cannot say if you blah blah about him, then you blah blah about me. That is simply you taking offense to something that has nothing to do with you and has to do with a friend of yours, which is fine, but take responsibility for your own feelings and do not pass that on to me. I did not say moderators suck and they do an awful job; I have yet to comment on anything any moderator does other than Keith, furthermore I have only commented on Keith’s actions toward myself and nothing more. Therefore, this assumption that I have a problem with the job you are doing is a complete fabrication all your own and I will not take responsibility for something that has nothing to do with me.
Your non-response to my questions to you is deafening and very telling.
I use a term at work a lot and it’s fitting here…“it’s time to shut up and color”…that means STOP with the whining and start with REI postings…
If you have a beef with me, I recommend that you air it privately with me via e-mail or a PM and not publically in hte Discussion Boards. It really does make you look bad.

The first part of the email address is CEO… do I need to respond? Was there a point behind this facetious comment? I explained in the previous post that it was I who was able to help. You basically restated everything I had already said without point. What do you want me to say?
Looks like we are all in agreance here I was letting it slide because I did not know of previous problems. And changed a few to be barely inside the rules And like $Cash$ said you insult one you get us all!

OK…as they say down here…“lookey here”: If someone asks for a referral, you can answer them…you CANNOT use your own company or website as an answer because that is advertising your company/services and gives you an unfair advantage over those that PAY to advertise on this site. I did not count them but I modified something in excess of 5 of your previous posts where someone asked about legal services and you posted YOUR website…this is a violation and was rectified. In some cases, your entire post was deleted because that was all it contained. In some cases only the offending advertising was modified. If you don’t like it: “Too bad, so sad”…
To give another poster an answer that gives the illusion that you use rather than own a service/website (and are therefore reaping gain by advertising in the Discussion Forums) is not only against the rules but it doesn’t reflect positively on your honesty/values by evading the truth of the matter.
Your immaturity is showing. You claim to be some sort of “CEO” – possible but maybe not probable. You also claim to be 21 – probable given your endless rantings and whining and just having to be right (even though you clearly are not) and have your ‘way’…
Like I said, there are over 15,000 users on this forum and YOU are the current ‘problem child’…does it make you feel special to be in such a select group?
Like I said “Shut up and color” (take that in the context of the previous post, not literally) and take your personal beef off-line and out of the public forum…

when i originally posted my question it was because i had a legitimate concern about NR. i am a recent college grad very interested in how to break into the biz’ of REI. there are so many infomercials, CDs, books, seminars, and bootcamps out there that i figured i would log on to a reputable REI forum to get information from seasoned professionals. i am in no way part the NR team involved in getting people to buy their product…i legitimately have concerns about the company and legitimately need answers. Look, i know that with this site, as with any forum, salemen preying on people looking for products run rampant and this must be monitored by the moderators, but maybe the moderator can tell me how to know the difference between when answering a asked question is advertising or honestly providing valid information.
I’d much rather invest that 16k in some property 8)
