haha, Operation Blackbriar…
Maybe things have recently changed but the term nouveau riche has always been derrogatory. Google “noise trader” and “behavioural economics.”
I saw they were published in the June/July issue of Success magazine. They must be doing something right. You just don’t get published in Success magazine. It has been around for over 100 years.
Yes, I did purchase NR education, and paid 19,500. After going to the college and using what I learned I made that back on my first Real Estate deal. The instructors are amazing and extreamly knowlegable in their field. I’m glad I got the education before I got started in investing, its nice to learn from other peoples mistakes so you don’t make the same one and loose your butt on your first deal.
If anyone is looking into it, I suggest to do your due diligence. It is alot of money, but I had spent over 40k on a landscape business that was breaking us. After doing our due diligence, we realized this was our best shot at improving our future. It beats the 60k that Rich Dad Poor Dad wants for is education that only has a 5% success rate.
That’s some expensive Kool-Aid. It cost more than what I spent on my first deal…
It is amazing how that losers still advertise these trash, get-rich quick, overpriced education programs.
I’ll say it once. NEVER waste your money on seminars or training courses that cost $1000 or more! EVER!!! Especially $10000 or $20000!
That applies to any Carleton Sheets, Nouveau Riche, Rich Dad or whatever course.
You are better off flushing your money down the toilet.
