who built up nevada? do you think that the people with the most interest in that state want thier information released to the public yes they report to all those agencies but just try to get any information on a corp or llc and see how far you get the people that built the state up do not fool around try and ask them if you can give thier information out ill send flowers
BLL is dead on the money as far as NV is concerned. Generally a big waste of time & money. I cannot count the number of NV entities that I have had to disassemble b/c they served no purpose (except making money for “one size fits all” NV sellers of entities). The NV people tend to recommend overly complex entity strucutures, do not “customize” other than changing the name on their forms and grossly overcharge for what they do.
In terms of “seasoned” companies…some banks will lend to them w/o recourse to owners. Some gurus have designed products to take advantage of this lending loophole. Two comments on that:
- Once the banks get burned enough by doing that, they will stop doing that.
- Some of the gurus advise misrepresenting facts (known as “lying” to most people) - do NOT do that. If you can a “seasoned” entity a non-recourse (as to the owners) loan w/o lying, go for it.
