More tough coaching to Newbies

OK boys play nice…As an ex-teacher and yrs as a psych case worker I’m still amazed at how judgmental people can be. I was dyslexic through most of grade school. I am also dsycalulia (dyslexic with numbers) and yet I still make :biggrin my money is on point. If anyone would like to know how just pm me. Orrrr maybe someone’s bad spelling is due to another learning disability or just plain being tired. Not everyone made it out of high school and many not even grade school. Every time I use my blackberry my spelling is off. What ever the case there is NO reason that I can think of to be rude, mean or direspectful to another human being unless they have really stepped out of line.
We are all here to learn and find our way in RE Investing correct? If someone is being a real jerk than they need to be addresed don’t get me wrong. I just think using the pm option is the way to go. Can we please move on and be professional? Ok, I’m done rambling.
P.S. Yes, I know I have several errors myself but too tired to correct them.

Just to add a quick comment as well, Rob has some points as well as others.

However, you should always remember that a great “hustler” has great street smarts and lack in the formal education department, yet they still manange to make loads of money for themselves.

This also applies in real estate as most deals are from the “streets” (word of mouth).
