doesnt the tax certificate holder have the right to the property after a time to bring it for sale at tax auction where you have to bid on it at the courthouse???
unless you can find the owner and buy it from him/her then pay back taxes at the closing as in any property for sale.
how do u know what the price will be to buy it or if it is actually for sale at a price you can pay??

for what reason is this diff. than any other house on the market now??
last i looked the real estate mkt suxx big time and you can make offers on any property
that might give u a better buy :smile
