Is the Real Estate Boom Over?

“Just an outsider look @ the conversation but it seems like double talk to me.”

No…by all means…start showing disrespect for real estate professionals, and see how far it gets you.

I mean…why not go around cutting off a valuable source for help, and leads? You wanna be successful right? So lets irritate people who work in real estate everyday…there’s a plan for success!!!

I can assure you…we do talk amongst ourselves about difficult people we run across in our business. I can also assure you…the last thing a person wants is to become known as ‘problamatic.’ Reputation is VERY important…even for would-be investors.

You’re already looking for a golden needle in a haystack…why add more hay?

Infowell, hope your having a good day.

Props go out to you and much respect.

Thanks for reminding me of a valuable quote my Mom always told me.

“If you can’t say something nice about someone, then don’t say anything at all”

I must admit I am not great with words, sometimes the way I convey things or spelling or grammer (Poor VA schools I guess?)

I have always been a wiz at numbers, math and enjoy it. At least I learned something!

Thanks for keeping me grounded. I look forward to reading your post.

Just wondering if any areas you invest in has dropped in value?

Not per say a “bursting bubble” just more of a market correction?

Thanks

“Just wondering if any areas you invest in has dropped in value?”

I can honestly say, 'I’ve never experienced an investment drop in value."

 touchy touchy

I would guess so…it’s “grammar”, not “grammer”…

…and no, we don’t have “French benefits”, we have “fringe benfits”…

LOL…

Keith

Thanks for catching that!

As long as I can keep learning more about how to make money (numbers) in Real Estate I will not worry about the grammar and spelling.

It would be great if Tim would add spell check to the forum!

hi wallace,
how do you find these top notch realtors & attorneys in the US ?
please share

Thanks for asking…

The short answer is “Hard Work”.

In more detail, some of the ways I do it is…

Ask for referals from other happy investors . . .

Somtimes I will call 25 - 30 Realtors in a week and interview them on the phone to see if they are someone I could work with. Write down questions that are important to you and ask.

Treat it like you are hiring them to work for you, beacause you are.

Then out of these 25 I may meet 2 or 3 and then pic one or none to do a small test deal with.

If they are great I keep them, if not they are fired.

I wish you the best in your search as well.
