Incorporating in Nevada

If you’re in TX, I’d recommend TX. several reasons:

  1. Your NV entity will have to register in TX anyway, which costs more than establishing in TX in the first place.
  2. when you register in TX, you lose your NV “anonymity” unless you have nominee officers and all that other jazz
  3. TX business taxes are zero on the first $50,000 of income, so for most small businesses, the tax rate is effectively zero anyway.

just doesn’t make sense to go to all that hassle for a NV entity.
