You can get into a home with only 3% down, no appraisal required, and no PMI ever with a Fannie Mae HomePath mortgage. Homes that are owned by Fannie Mae are eligible for this type of financing. In addition to this, HomePath mortgages also offer more relaxed underwriting guidelines than other loans, this means more people qualify
Trump is a self-aggrandizing idiot whose biggest talent is self promotion.
I sure don’t want him to be doing any decorating in the White House. He’d probably send the President’s desk out to be gold-plated.
It’s like my worst nightmare, to have an election where the choice is between Trump and Obama. Please spare me.
Trump may be a shameless self-promoter and expensive, but you have to admit, he’s an amazing negotiator and deal maker with a proven track record.
MVPs are always expensive, but they’re worth their weight in gold. There’s been times when I couldn’t sell property on my own and had to turn to much better salepeople and pay them 6%. It’s an expensive commission. I don’t like using them. I could buy another new car with the money saved from commission instead of selling it myself, but I know from past experience that they can sell problem properties through their connections and I can finally sleep at night instead of worrying about all the money I’ll loose in carrying costs, lawsuits, etc., if it doesn’t sell.
Maybe there’s a loss in Trump on certain libertarian principles, but wow can that guy ever come out ahead in whatever he does. I think of him as the Gretzky or whichever sports legend you can think of you need at your side to lead the team to victory.
Trump doesn’t have a prayer of becoming President of the United States. As far as him COMING OUT AHEAD in whatever he does…
Obama TOOK HIM APART at the 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner.
Search…“Obama Roast Donald Trump! 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner” on Youtube…It was Beautiful…But NOT for the Donald. I can assure you, NO ONE in that audience thought “The Donald” came out ahead that night. They were too busy LAUGHING AT HIM!!!
This isn’t anything new…Howard Dean blew himself up with “The Scream” back in the day.
And now we have Donald doing himself in with the SHOW US THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BS. So, Obama released it, and "the Donald ended up looking like a ROSWELL UFO CRASH BELIEVER…
And the “race” hasn’t even started. What a complete DISASTER!!! :help
There’s an old saying in POLITICS…
NEVER ask a QUESTION you don’t already have the answer to…Donald learned that one the hard way, and he looked like a complete MORON because of it.
AS far as MVP’s being WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD???
and LEADING A TEAM TO VICTORY??? WHO…TRUMP???
Ask all the people SUING HIM right now for pulling his name OFF a building AFTER they all purchased apartments in it only to find out he let another DEVELOPER USE the TRUMP name to pre-sell apartments then PULLED his name off the side of it after he got PAID…
YEA…He’s a REAL LEADER! :bs :bs :bs :bs :bs
He had a nice little MELTDOWN over this lawsuit last week on CNBC…He looked very PRESIDENTIAL as he was screaming on TV.
Put a fork in him…HE’s DONE
First, Trump is leading in the Republican primary polls among tea party members. He’s also trailing 3 points behind Obama in a February poll done by newsweek http://articles.nydailynews.com/2011-02-22/news/29441913_1_donald-trump-president-obama-sarah-palin Once he announces his candidacy, he’ll lead it.
Trump has been to celebrity roasts before, so it’s no big deal. His last roast was on Comedy Central and he donated his $2million fee to charity. It wasn’t even an open debate where he could get on stage and respond. What’s more surprising is all the attention he’s now getting by Obama. If he has no chance of winning, why is Obama giving him so much attention. It shows Obama’s scared of Trump becoming a Republican front runner and kicking Obama’s ass in the next election. You think Ron Paul would be getting the same attention by Obama. Hahaha.
Yes, the birther debate. Many people, including the Clinton’s, have been asking for Obama to produce his birth certificate for years and Obama refused to show it. Finally, Trump makes it an issue and gets it. Trump’s making things happen already and he’s really making Obama sweat.
Trump pulling his name off a building is a licensing issue. Why should Trump keep his name on a substandard product? I don’t know what that has to do with not being a real leader anyway.
Trump’s been licensing his name for years. This is nothing new. If buyers didn’t do their due diligence, then they’re stupid. Let them sue. Why would they win against Trump if the developers violated the terms of their license? Their issue is with the developers. It’s just like McDonald’s. You buy a McDonald’s franchise for a million bucks and you repeatedly don’t meet McDonald’s quality standards and McDonald’s pulls their license name. You don’t get your money back. And, McDonald’s is one of the largest and most sought after franchises in the world. Same thing here. If you deliver a substandard product, you violate the terms of the license and get the Trump franchise name pulled.
TRUMP has N O S H O T…NONE…ZERO
You’re backing a L O S E R.
I think Trump has an excellent chance of winning for two reasons.
One, he’s a TV celebrity and people generally love TV celebrities. Ronald Regan won back to back as Republican President because he was a famous Hollywood actor. Arnold Swartzenegger won as Republican Governor of California because he was a famous Hollywood actor. Jesse Ventura won as Republican Governor of Minnesota because he was a famous WWF wrestler. Being a TV celebrity goes a very, very long way in winning.
Two, the economy is a mess. The debt is spiraling out of control. Trump is a proven business man. People want change. And, they’ll get amazing results with Trump.
fdjake,
I agree that Trump has no shot whatsoever, neither does Palin. There ain’t nuff substance there with either one. Obama would mop the floor with them in any debate.
McCain is too old, and oh, he lost. Paul is too zany and out there. The other Republicans I mix up in my head, what with their comb-overs and slickness, and generic-white-guy looks.
What is needed to make an exciting race is a REPUBLICAN OBAMA! A come-from-behind underdog with some fire in him–or her. But that underdog has got to have some clear-cut ACTUAL POLITICAL BELIEFS AND VALUES and then stick to them. Not blowing in the wind from all the hot air expelled by tea party extremists. Like oh, what’s-his- name…
Kinda sounds like the Republicans need another Reagan, a charismatic simplistic, but convincing man of the people.
Ain’t gonna happen.
Tough to be a Republican this time around.
fdjake! What’s with bashing Roswell UFO Believers?! How could 100,000 annual visitors from all over the world be wrong? Just had Belgians here last week spending lots of money. There are stories there that you wouldn’t believe. Lots of local lore coming out just before those post-WWII guys die off. We are not alone. You have been warned…

davewindsor,
Trump is a joke. How does his lifestyle synch up with the acclaimed Republican family values? Swap your wife out for a newer Barbie Doll every 20 years? Gingrich took that same bus.
Trump might be great at negotiating casino space in Vegas and New York. But how does that tough, in-your-face posturing gonna work with the Chinese? With the Iranians?
I can visualize Trump taking off his shoe and pounding on a foreign podium like Krushchev did. A Trump in office would guarantee a military ratcheting up all over the world, as other countries think, “Holy Crap, we have got to defend ourselves against this out-of-control aggressive guy!”
The best thing about Trump is that he is SO fun to watch! Kinda like Charlie Sheen, a train wreck waiting to happen, and we can’t look away.
Get real. Just because he does the onboard entertainment doesn’t mean he can captain the ship.

Come on, you get real. We’re living in the 2011, not 50 years ago. His lifestyle is trivial compared other US Presidents. Oh wait, 50 years ago, we had Kennedy that used the Secret Service to bring a different teenager to his bedroom every night while was married. Flash forward to Clinton, there was a movie on him doing the exact same thing and he got re-elected.
How about former Republican Governor Swartenegger admitting that he participated in orgies? What did he do when questioned about it? He admitted it and said give me a break, that was a past lifestyle in Hollywood and I’m married now and he still got elected.
At least Trump did the right thing and married them. He didn’t just dump these women and have kids out of wedlock. He’s married with children now, just like Swartzenegger. And, if she’s a Barbie Doll, so what? It means he’s less likely to run around like a womanizing playboy like Kennedy or Clinton.
And, it’s not happening all over the world scene? The President of France didn’t do the same thing and marry barbie doll Carla Bruni, who IMO is 10 times hotter than Trump’s wife. Or how about the Prime Minister of Italy, Berlusconi’s, womanizing lifestyle???
Where is the basis for this even? The Bible? Have you read it? King Solomon had 300 wives and 400 concubines and was one of heroes of the bible, one of the hand picked chosen people by God.
And, now you’re going after Trump over his third marriage??? Give me a break. It’s just so trivial in the grand scheme of things and this modern day and age.
And, how is threatening to raise import duties to get fairness from the Chinese going to result in military racheting? It makes no sense.
What about the Iranians? The US has been fighting a silent war arming Iraq against Iran since the contras during the days of Regan. It’s nothing new.
And I think the US should follow a more Roman foreign policy. To the victor go the spoils. Why fight wars for other people and not get reimbursed for the cost??? It’s ridiculous.
Historically, a lot of values and symbology used in the founding of the United States was based on the Roman Republic. The American eagle was taken from Rome. Roman columns, art and architecture are used on the white house, government buildings and court houses. Military organization. The civil legal system. US Cities are named after Roman Generals like the City of Cincinatti named after the Great Roman General Cincinatus. The Roman empire worked. It was one of the greatest superpowers the world had ever seen and lasted over 2,000 years from the founding of Rome in 743 BC to the Byzantines in the 1500s AD. They did a lot of things right. That’s a lot of staying power for a nation and a good role model in many ways to follow because the nation will collapse the way it’s heading now.
Furnished,
I meant no disrespect to the Roswellians out there.
I think it’s great people go there and pour money into that economy.
AND…It’s a numbers game as far as all that stuff goes…Billions and Billions of Galaxy’s with TRILLIONS of stars and solar systems…
Come on…WE are NOT alone out there. The NUMBERS alone are mind boggling.
I don’t know what “life” is like in other galaxy’s…But I’d be willing to bet there’s one place out there where even DONALD TRUMP could be KING!!!
He could even NAME his own POSITION…I can see something like…
His FABULOUS, BEST EVER, GREATEST EVER, Grand HIGH Exalted Mystic High RULER and Chief Executive PRESIDENT!!! ( with Mandatory exclamation points on all Goverment letterhead)
I just attended a US Federal Courthouse swearing in as a US citizen of one of my extended family members.
It was interesting that first our new citizens must denounce allegiance to ANY PRINCE OR POTENTATE.
Loved that word–“potentate”. I immediately thought of Trump. How does “POTENTATE TOWERS” sound for a new Trump Building?
Also, Pres. Obama mentioned Roswell in his speech at the correspondent’s dinner! That kind of publicity you can’t buy.

Trump doesn’t want anyone to know how much money he really doesn’t have and he would have to disclose that
Keith
Trump is OUT ??? Who’da thunk it? But … but…but he was leading in all the polls! I simply can’t believe it.
On a more serious note, I give Trump credit where credit is due. He is a GREAT entrepreneur who is good at recognizing and exploiting opportunities others miss. But I don’t think he is a great businessman or leader. I think he tends to rely on high risk, high leverage financing and has no problem declaring bankruptcy and letting the stockholders and bondholders absorb the losses rather than restructure for long term growth and stability.
More of a showman (read carnival barker) than businessman or leader.

well put…
like a bag of Doritos…it was fun while it lasted.

The president doesn’t actually have much to do with the economy. That’s congress’s job.
The president is influential in foreign relations. What sort of foreign experience does Trump have? What sort of military experience does he have to qualify him as Commander in Chef? How about diplomacy? Is he any good at that?
It would be nice to see some sort of voting record, so we could see what he actually does instead of relying upon what he promises.
He looks to me to be more of the same as Obama. No experience, no qualifications. Well, not completely the same. At least he is not a socialist. I’ll give him extra credit for that.
But he is a megalomaniac like Nixon was. I don’t really think we need more of that.
