If I may ask…how did you come about getting these deals or the leads you’re working on? (ie…bandit signs, internet ads, word of mouth, referrals, etc)
I’m just trying to speak with people who are ACTUALLY finding motivated sellers and seeing what works for them in today’s market.
Most of the techniques I’ve been using are not generating the amount of leads I need to get. I’m going to tweak things and do some more trial and error to see what works. (I’m trying to work the Lease Option niche)

A step by step recipe with all measurements and directions down to the last degree seems to be what many are seeking. I believe that’s one of the reasons so many stick to the job and salary. Their brains can’t see the structure of business. I don’t think that’s a criticism. It’s just that people are who they are and with some of them, if they don’t have the paper with the footprints numbered on it, they can’t dance.
