a blanket line of credit is a nice way to buy properties.
Also,
I ran into a snag back in the beginning when I hired (so to speak) a mortgage broker to get me a loan .He said he would shop for the best deal for my.I thought WOW this is great.Only to find out he did in deed do what he said he was going to do.He shopped at 9 different lenders .The problem was he didnt submit my credit report to each of them .Instead he had each and every one of them pull my credit :'(MAKE SURE if you are dealing with a broker you tell him PULL MY CREDIT ONCE AND ONLY ONCE and send that report to your little lender mall.
I think they changed the law on this one. Used to be that every time you had your credit pulled, your credit score went down a little, but now I think all inquiries within a 14 day period are treated as one inquiry and inquiries made on auto and mortgage loans 30 days prior are not included in your score.
