How do I transfer properties to my LLC?

Would someone answer this posters question, I had to delete colvegas’s post for asking the poster to email him, then giving his email address outside of his signature. Just realized he is a NARS guy by what he posted.

He basically said the same thing that has been said many times so just leave out the email me and you will be fine, it’s nice to keep the business in the same family and I would not want anyone to sneak one in there and take business away without giving everyone a fair chance at it.

I just posed this question to my Broker and he referred me to check with my attorney, but said he thought it was as simple as paying a small fee with some paperwork to file with the state to transfer to my LLC. It appears that some lenders including the one we are using are not accepting LLC’s in their paperwork when an offer is made. Too many fly by night businesses getting started that fail and then have noone for the lender to go after is the way I got it.
