most contracts have hardship clauses that give you an out if you want to sell or rent within
the year.
most builders do not have people staked outside your home watching to see whether you sell
or rent it out. its just to discourage investors.
if you were really keen on getting it, just be discrete on how you market it.
don’t put any rent or for sale signs in the window. dont have any open houses.
don’t advertise the address in the papers.
you should be fine if you do that.
