At best $1200ish for the 3bdr units and $1000ish for the 2 bdr units. Maybe a tad more with the casino near by but probably not too much more.
So, I guess this isn’t gonna cashflow so well after all…?

Nope. The ad mentions a condo conversion possibility, I think the guy marked it up thinking someone can make a mint converting. By the time someone gets done converting and what not there isn’t a massive amount leftover when they are sold off.
I am an associate broker in Maine. Its been said that 20% of the brokers do 80% of the business. Thats because 20% are actually good,intelligent,hardworking brokers, and the other 80% have trust funds or just do it because they are bored and dont need to worry about money, and they cant pay attention. I am one of the 20% and im thankful that the other 80% is out there to make me look good.
