these stats are for the 40th precinct in the south bronx.

The other stats i managed to get by a website that provides neighborhood information as welll as comps in the area and a lot of other goodies - for a charge of course… i got all this info on the trial basis… the site is called PSHARK

You’re gonna be a “don’t wanter” in about 6 months - too thin a deal, with too much work needed! If you could have stolen it for $370 like the current owner then, yes - go for it! You are getting in too deep for your first deal - keep looking!
