Bashir…thanks man…listen, I see exactly what you mean…now , you bring up a good point about submitting your own offer…I thought of finding out if I could do that…how can I go about doing /submiting my own offers…realising I must be carefull about the stipulations here…am in PA…HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE…If I can do this ,then I don’t need to chase an agent down… :idea
“…am in PA…”
So am I. Live in Levittown. Where are you? PM me.
Anyway, from the REO websites that I frequent, you can submit your offer online and in PA I know of no rule that says you need a buyers agent. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
ljcramerproperties ,
I in the Lehigh Valley area…Allentown…your not far from me are you?..so what website is this you frequent…please let me know so I can work on an offer I plan on presenting tomorrow… :smile
Yeah I didn’t have problem doing it before in another state (submitting offers directly through the listing agent) , but in California it seems they are less likely wanting to do dual representation. Oh well. You would think they would want to since they’d get double commission.
ljcramerproperties ,
God is toooooooo much…I am blessed and blown away with your forwarded link…thank you …I see we have alot in common …I’ll see you on the other side…and here as well.
