Let them check, if the bank doesnt want to allow it, move on. Lots of deals out there and this 2k spread would not entice many investors.

You are misreading the post. There isn’t 2k difference between the value and the sales price. There is 2k difference between the sales price and the amount the seller owes. VERY big difference.
