One question vegasagent. How many short sales have your preformed for your personal portfolio? There is a difference in how agent perform short sales vs. the investor way.
Good DRI - as long as you are aware of potential pitfalls you do know what questions to raise and that is what it is all about.
CharlottePlayer - about 20% of the short sales I do are for my own portfolio, and keep in mind that my clientele is about 60% investors, and most are repeat clients. I have no choice but to look at it the investor way! Actually I do more probate court sales. You can pick up some nifty deals there where the properties have some good equity and are in good condition.
