Well yesterday I got ahold of an attorney in Real Estate.I feel alot better knowing the steps that need to happen with this.First the attorney that handled the foreclosure reports the sale. They did that. Then the judge has to sign the ratification of the sale.At this point the owner could file an exception. But he would have to have real good reason why the loan wasnt paid off for the judge to do a resale. If that happened the owner would have a couple of weeks to pay off the loan.I would get my deposit back.If that doesnt happen then my attorney files a judgement of posession. If the judge signs that then I go to the sheriff. They set up a time to go out with me.They remove him and my crew and I remove everything in the house and put it on the curb. Most people move out on there own but not everyone.Ill try to let you all know what happens. This is definitely an experience!!Thanks,Michele
